This week features an unfortunate convergence of events in the United States. On Monday, January 17, Martin Luther King was celebrated with marches and celebrations in a number of cities, to be followed by George W. Bush's inauguration party on Thursday. Those who hit the streets to protest the war at counter-inaugural rallies will truly be honouring the legacy of Dr. King.

Over the past few years, he has been busy exposing the deplorable child labour laws implemented by the B.C. Liberals, which have left this province with the weakest protections for young workers in North America.
